The 3ICE Open Regional Championships have evolved into a single day high intensity 3 on 3 competition bringing together elite adult players from across North America.

Built on speed, endurance, and execution, this format demands teams perform at their highest level with no margin for error.

Entry is set at $2775 per team, creating a more accessible but still highly competitive pathway into elite level competition. Teams compete in regional events where winners earn prize money and advance to the 3ICE Open National Championship.

At Nationals, the stakes rise even higher with a $25,000 plus prize pool, rewarding the teams that can sustain performance under pressure and deliver when it matters most.

This is not a traditional tournament format. It is a condensed, performance driven competition where every shift matters. If your team has the talent, stamina, and competitive edge to compete with the best, this is your opportunity to prove it on the 3ICE stage.

3ICE Open Division | General Team Registration Information

3ICE Open Regional Championship Registration

ENTRY FEE: $2775 per team
NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP: Advance for a chance to compete for a share of $25,000+

The inaugural 3ICE Open brings together North America's elite adult hockey players for a weekend of championship competition. Register your team now to compete for serious prize money and earn a shot at the National Championship.

How to Register Your Team

Team Captains: Follow the steps below to register your team for the 3ICE Open Regional Championship.

Step 1: Select Your Regional Tournament

Choose the location where you want to compete
Click the registration link for your preferred regional tournament below

Step 2: Create Your PlayMetrics Account

You will be redirected to PlayMetrics, our tournament management platform
If you do not already have a PlayMetrics account, you will need to create one
Sign up with your email and create a password
This account will be your portal for all tournament management

Step 3: Create Your Team

Once logged in, create your team profile
Enter your team name (this will be used throughout the tournament) and team details
Provide payment method for the $1,500 deposit

Step 4: Build Your Roster

Go to your Team Roster section
Add yourself as a player first
Then add each teammate by entering:

Full Name
Email Address
Phone Number

Roster Limits

Maximum 12 skaters
Maximum 2 goalies
Minimum 6 skaters and 1 goalie

Roster lock deadline: 1 month prior to tournament start

Step 5: Players Complete Registration

Each player added to a team will automatically receive an email invitation.

Players must click the link in their email to:

Create their own PlayMetrics account
Complete their player registration form
Sign all required player forms and waivers

All players must complete registration before the tournament.
